Ebba Pettersson's Private School is a non-profit foundation, which means 100% of each student's school fees go directly to the operations. We are an F-9 school with approximately 650 students. The school has a long history as one of Gothenburg's oldest primary schools and is characterized by a culture focused on our core values: safety, pride, commitment, development, and joy.

We are looking for someone who:
Is trained as a special education teacher with previous experience as a teacher.
Has a broad understanding of pedagogical perspectives and documented ability to mentor work teams, teachers, and groups.
Is confident in your professional role and has the personal maturity to guide others, even in complex conversations and when facing resistance.
Is solution-focused, innovative, and has the ability to create consensus on student well-being issues.
Your assignment
As a special education teacher with us, you will:
Be a driving force in developing and strengthening our student well-being work, based on the principle that student well-being begins in the classroom.
In close collaboration with work teams and student well-being staff, mentor and support teachers in adapting instruction.
Map and analyze students' needs and participate in assessments and intervention programs.
Work closely with school management and student well-being teams to create an accessible learning environment with a positive view of students.
Lead pedagogical conversations and inspire a shared approach.
Engage in dialogue with guardians and external partners to ensure appropriate support measures.
