You are a clear, secure leader and role model who provides both students and teachers with the inspiration and support they need for successful learning. You have great commitment to student development and see each student's unique conditions and needs. Your Role: In your position at the school, you work closely with students, teachers, school management, and other school staff. Your responsibilities include developing inclusive and accessible learning environments, mentoring, and supporting students in various forms of instruction. You contribute your special education expertise, mentor and collaborate with colleagues, and are an important part of the school's collective work on student knowledge development and well-being. You take an active role in special education work and see pedagogical assessments, mappings, and follow-ups as a natural and inspiring part of your work. You see solutions, are flexible, and are not afraid to try new approaches to enable students to succeed. As part of the student welfare team, you contribute your expertise and perspective to collectively create good conditions for students' learning and well-being. You work closely with the school's various functions, school management, counselor, social pedagogue, study and career counselor, and other special education teachers and educators. Together, you work preventatively and promotively to support student development. Qualifications We are looking for you—an experienced and competent certified teacher with advanced qualifications as a special education teacher or special educator—with experience in pedagogical work, including pedagogical documentation, mapping, and follow-up of student development. You are someone who values building good relationships and meets students and colleagues with warmth, respect, and attentiveness. You are confident in your profession, solution-oriented, a good listener, and have the ability to see possibilities even in a complex everyday life. You handle challenges constructively and enjoy using humor and positive energy to build strong relationships and a good sense of community. You have strong abilities to structure and coordinate parts of the administrative work within the student welfare area and see the value of close collaboration between different professions.
