Komvux in Katrineholm Municipality plays an active role in promoting local and regional workforce development by offering flexible and individually tailored education based on labor market and community needs. Komvux offers, among other things, Swedish for Immigrants (SFI), basic and upper secondary education, adapted education for adults, vocational training, and civic orientation for certain newly arrived immigrants. 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction based on applicable curricula. You adapt teaching to students' needs, conditions, and goals while documenting and assessing their knowledge development. Teaching is characterized by a clear pedagogical approach where you use learning tools purposefully and creatively. Digital tools such as computers and iPads are a natural part of instruction and are used to support student learning and development. You collaborate closely with colleagues in the work team on planning, development, and quality work within the activity. The work also involves participation in joint processes regarding admissions and scheduling, as well as active contribution to collaborative learning and pedagogical development. The position also includes cooperating with students' networks, such as support persons, employers, and other external actors. You work to create a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment where students' independence, participation, and development in everyday contexts are promoted. QUALIFICATIONS · Special education teacher certification in intellectual disabilities (Required) · Teacher certification with authorization in language (Required) · Documented experience working with this target group (Desirable) · High digital competence (Desirable) · High competence in using alternative and augmentative communication in daily instruction (Desirable) · Experience in monitoring and evaluating instruction and adaptations (Desirable) · Experience from adult education (Desirable) Salary form: Monthly salary.
