About the Position As a special education teacher with us, you work closely with both students and colleagues to create the best conditions for learning. You teach in language and/or mathematics and support students individually, in small groups, and in classroom settings. You become an important part of the school's student wellness work and collaborate closely with special education specialists, educators, and other professionals in student wellness. Together you plan, implement, and follow up on interventions that make a real difference. Your Responsibilities - Provide specialized instruction in language and/or mathematics - Assess students' needs and analyze learning environments - Plan and implement adaptations and support measures - Guide and support colleagues in providing additional adaptations - Contribute to the development of inclusive learning environments - Be an active part of the student wellness team Qualifications - Teacher with special education certification We are Looking for You If You - Have strong commitment to students' learning and development - See differences and diversity as an asset and foundation for learning - Are organized, flexible, and solution-focused - Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in teams - Are a trustworthy and clear leader who builds strong relationships Experience working with students with special needs is meritorious.
