Your role with us As a special education teacher with us, you have a central and meaningful role in our school. You work to help and support students in grades F–6, both through direct interventions in and outside the classroom. In this role, you will: Analyze and map students' needs and develop concrete, successful strategies for their academic and social development. Work closely with classroom teachers, after-school care, and school management to create a holistic perspective on students and develop instruction based on the Swedish National Agency for Education's guidelines. Think outside the box and use compensatory learning tools and digital resources (ICT) to make learning accessible and enjoyable. Contribute to our shared journey through collegial learning and experience sharing in a strong and supportive team. Who are you? We are looking for a committed and licensed special education teacher who puts students' best interests in absolute first place. You have a coaching and solution-focused approach and the ability to meet students, guardians, and colleagues in a communicative and trustworthy manner. Requirements: Teacher's license with certification as a special education teacher. Qualities: You are flexible, structured, and confident in your professional role. A calm and inclusive approach is a given for you. Meritorious: It is a great advantage if you have training in or experience with Montessori pedagogy, as it is a strong source of inspiration for our activities. Experience in the profession is meritorious, but we also welcome you who are newly graduated to contribute your energy and fresh knowledge!
