Snyggatorpsskolan is a lower secondary school in Klippan. Approximately 500 students attend the school. The school is located in central Klippan and it is just as easy to get to school by train as by car. About 60 people work at the school: teachers, administration and student well-being. In 2024, the school completed a collaboration with the Swedish National Agency for Education, collaboration for the best school, to improve our results. Work that has yielded good returns and which now continues at the school. Adapted primary school is located in adjacent premises.

DUTIES
• Provide individual and group instruction in Swedish outside the classroom.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations and analyze students' needs.
• Plan and collaborate regularly with Swedish teachers to create continuity between classroom instruction and the support measures you provide.
• Work with adaptations and pedagogical strategies that help students achieve learning objectives.
• Follow up and document student development and contribute to student well-being work as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Certified teacher of Swedish with eligibility for lower secondary level.
• Experience working with students in need of support, preferably in special education settings.
• Special education teacher training.
• Good collaboration skills and confidence in working closely with subject teachers.
• Ability to create clear structures and individualized strategies.
