DUTIES At Stålforsskolan, we work with two-teacher teams and inclusive teaching where we together plan and adapt learning environments to meet all students' needs. In this role, you will teach students individually, in small groups, and in two full classes. For some students, a smaller setting for a period can be crucial for development and a sense of security. Through close collaboration with colleagues, we work together for increased goal achievement and a love of learning. We are looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys varied tasks. When the student group is smaller, you can, for example, support full class teaching and provide special education support to teachers and students. You will be an important part of the school's student welfare and development work where relationships, accessible learning environments, and an inclusive approach are central. With us, there is a strong student focus while we also value time for planning, collegial learning, and reflection. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in students' daily lives and who sees the value in small progress. You are confident in your teaching role, flexible, and solution-focused, with the ability to adapt teaching to students' needs. You enjoy working closely with students in small groups where relationships, structure, and trust are important parts of learning. You have teaching certification in Swedish as a Second Language. It is meritorious if you have a started or completed special education teacher education and eligibility for grades 7-9. You have experience teaching according to LGR22. We would like to see that you have experience working with newly arrived students and students in need of special support as well as knowledge of inclusive learning environments. Experience with special education work and knowledge of different functional variations are meritorious.
