Your Role As a special education teacher, you work with students in need of special support, both in small groups and individually. You plan, implement and follow up on instruction based on students' needs, curriculum documents and individual development plans. You can be a mentor to students in adapted primary school and the work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, student support services and guardians. Your Profile You are a certified teacher with a special education teacher degree and specialization in intellectual disabilities. You have good knowledge of curriculum documents and strong competence in adapting instruction for students in need of special support. You have a strong ability to create structure, clarity and security in the learning environment, which contributes to student development and goal achievement. Experience working in adapted primary school or special instruction groups is meritorious. The work includes: Planning and implementing instruction in adapted primary school and/or special instruction groups Assessing student needs and contributing to pedagogical evaluations Developing, following up and evaluating intervention plans Being a pedagogical support and sounding board for colleagues Actively participating in the school's student support work We Offer A collaboration-oriented approach in a team where collegial learning and shared responsibility are in focus.
