Are you an engaged and solution-focused special education teacher with experience creating inclusive learning environments where every student has the opportunity to develop according to their own abilities? Through close collaboration between teachers, student support services, and guardians, we conduct preventive and developmental work that strengthens both safety and learning.
Your Responsibilities
As a special education teacher, you work to support students in their knowledge development through targeted pedagogical interventions at both individual and group levels. You assess student needs, plan, implement, and follow up on instruction, and contribute to creating good conditions for learning and goal achievement.
You work closely with teachers to adapt instruction and learning environments based on student needs. As part of the school's student support team, you contribute your special education expertise and collaborate with students, guardians, and other professionals to provide students with the best possible support throughout their education.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with authorization to teach in grades 7–9 at the primary level and who have a degree as a special education teacher with a focus on mathematics. You have good digital skills and use computers and tablets in your work and teaching (ICT). You have experience working in schools and an interest in students and their individual learning and development needs.
You are comfortable combining special education work with mathematics instruction. If you have previously worked as a special education teacher, we see this as a plus.
In the role of special education teacher, you need to have good collaboration skills, as you work closely with the school's educators, student support team (EHT), guardians, and other stakeholders. You have clear and structured classroom leadership and are open to feedback. We value a positive attitude toward development and close collaboration with colleagues, where we work together for the benefit of students and the organization.

The school is led by a principal and two assistant principals and is divided into four work units: preschool and after-school care, grades 1–3, grades 4–6, and grades 7–9.
