What We Offer You
Innovitaskolan Myrängen is seeking an engaged special education teacher! With us, you will help create a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student thrives. We offer strong collegial collaboration and a secure school with high achievement results. We are a well-functioning, intimate small school with approximately 180 students in grades F-3.
We are looking for an engaged and competent special education teacher who wants to be an active part of our development!
You will be part of the school's student support team and contribute to developing the systematic approach and efficiency in processes for students in need of additional support, as well as participate in preventive and health-promoting work at the school.
You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching interventions to promote students' knowledge development. You work both individually and in groups with students in need of additional support to improve accessibility in the learning environment.
You provide guidance and support to colleagues in pedagogical work. You write assessments, evaluations of students' needs for additional support, and action plans, and you follow up on interventions and documentation.
The work involves many points of contact with students, colleagues, guardians, and various authorities.
• Teacher certification for primary school lower grades (required).
• Special education teacher or special education specialist degree with experience working in this capacity.
• Experience writing evaluations of students' needs for additional support and action plans.
• A safe and stable leader.
• Ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-focused with strong collaboration skills and responsibly contributing to development in collegial learning.
• Engaged and bringing enthusiasm, energy, and passion to work.
• Organized and systematic.
• Action-oriented, solution-focused, and able to apply knowledge in concrete practical ways.
• Receptive and curious about students' voices and perspectives, and believe that students succeed when they are able to.
• Lead colleagues with attentiveness and curiosity.
• Master Swedish very well in both speech and writing, as required for the work.
• Take responsibility for capturing and stimulating students' curiosity, interests, and learning.
• Certification in Swedish as a Second Language.
• Experience teaching in primary grades.
• Experience with language development instruction.
• A plus if you can document in ProRenata.

• Permanent position with 6-month probation
• Working hours: According to schedule.
• Start date: By agreement.
