JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for you who are a special education teacher and/or qualified in Swedish grades 7-9 to join our teaching team. In your role as a teacher, you work to motivate and inspire your students toward development and learning, and you support them in their social and academic development. We have two special education teachers assigned to each grade level, one in mathematics and one in Swedish. You plan, implement, and follow up on instruction with a formative approach and adapt your planning based on students' needs, development, and results. Through clear and secure leadership, you create an accessible learning environment where students are involved in both instruction and planning. We use Vklass as our digital learning platform for communication and documentation. Mentoring may be part of the position. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a certified special education teacher for grades 7-9 in Swedish and who have experience in teaching and assessment. You have strong digital skills and see digital tools as a natural part of both instruction and documentation. You communicate well in Swedish both orally and in writing. As a person, you are calm and stable and have the ability to create a safe and structured environment where all students have the opportunity to succeed. We also see that you are curious and want to develop in your work. You have the ability to create engagement in the classroom and can motivate students to learn through your creative abilities. You enjoy contributing ideas and new perspectives to move the organization forward.
