WORK RESPONSIBILITIES Are you a committed special education teacher who wants to work closely with both students and colleagues to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment? Your work responsibilities include: • Participate in a development group and drive the school's development in collaboration with lead teachers • Promote the application of inclusive pedagogy and strategies throughout the school, and mentor both teachers and teaching assistants in this • Actively work to make teaching materials and assistive digital learning tools accessible • Follow current research in special education and apply the insights in your work • Work with systematic student welfare efforts, coordinate student welfare matters, compile referral materials, and collaborate with student welfare actors.
