Tip's Thai Restaurang & Sushibar in Gnesta is seeking an experienced and dedicated specialty chef with solid knowledge of Thai cuisine. We are looking for someone with a passion for authentic Thai cooking who wants to work in a restaurant where quality and taste are in focus. Job Responsibilities As a specialty chef, you will: Prepare authentic Thai dishes according to traditional recipes. Prepare ingredients and plan daily kitchen operations. Ensure high quality in cooking and comply with applicable food and hygiene regulations. Contribute to menu development and maintain the restaurant's high quality standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff for efficient and smooth operations. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has documented experience in Thai cooking. Has good knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques. Is responsible, thorough, and stress-resistant. Can work both independently and as part of a team. Speaks Thai fluently, both spoken and written. Can work evenings and weekends, which is a requirement. Languages Thai – required. Swedish and/or English are desirable.
