You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging. As a specialist-trained nursing assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and care staff who work closely together. Based on your competence, your assignment will include activity-related improvement and development work. You mentor and train according to developed plans. We expect you to work independently and flexibly based on a professional approach with the ability to see possibilities. You are experienced in using technology and digital tools in your work and see it as a matter of course to work process-oriented and structured based on implementation plans, action plans, and follow-ups. You will support care work as needed. On the unit, you will have another colleague who is a trained specialist nursing assistant in dementia, so together you will provide support and advice to the care staff. About Kavlagården Kavlagården is a pleasant and well-reputed elderly care home in central Huskvarna, operated on behalf of Jönköping Municipality. There are 46 bright and well-planned apartments distributed across five units, two of which are specifically focused on care for people with dementia. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a specialist-trained nursing assistant in elderly or palliative care, or alternatively a Silvia sister. This means, in addition to basic nursing assistant training of at least 1450 points, specialist training at Vocational University corresponding to 200 vocational university credits.
