Our work within the Elderly Care Administration is based on the individual's need for continuity, security, and individually adapted care. We work based on a rehabilitative and salutogenic approach with emphasis on the Elderly Care Administration's values and dignity guarantees, Individuals' Needs in Focus (IBIC), and continuously use digital solutions and systems. Documentation is an important part of our work and you therefore need to have good command of the Swedish language in speech and writing as well as good computer skills. Now we are looking for you who want to drive development by working as a specialist nurse with us. We are a team that sees opportunities in our work and we succeed through collaboration. In your role as a specialist nurse, you should be a role model and inspire the application of a salutogenic approach at individual, group, and organizational levels in order to create and develop a learning and engaged work climate. By educating and mentoring colleagues in both general and specific matters, you actively contribute to increasing quality for the individual. As a specialist nurse, you coach and guide your colleagues within your area of expertise based on the organization's goals, procedures, and under delegation from the responsible nurse. You work in your work team according to the same working time schedule as your colleagues and with regular care work while you will have allocated time for your assignment. You should be able to drive the work independently, based on instructions from the unit manager and be able to collaborate with other professions and report to them. You will work according to a job description that means you work preventively, with measures, follow-ups, and development of the organization. The assignment is primarily governed by the Social Services Act (SoL), the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and general advice, and municipal policy documents. QUALIFICATIONS • Trained nurse assistant. • Specialist nurse assistant qualification. • Documented work experience in care and health services. • Good computer skills and documentation experience. • Documentation is an important part of the work and you therefore need good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing. • B-category driver's license. • We are looking for you who independently seek new challenges, make things happen, and start activities and projects. • We are looking for you who are good at creating and strengthening collaborations internally and externally, as well as building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. • We are looking for you who enjoy working in a team and strive for common goals. To be eligible for employment within the Elderly Care Administration in Karlskrona Municipality, a certificate from the police's criminal record registry must be provided. Karlskrona Municipality works with full-time as the norm and offers 100% employment level but with the possibility of part-time work. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends. Karlskrona Municipality works with collaboration shifts, which means that part of the working time may be performed at another workplace.
