JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In addition to regular nursing assistant duties, you will also be responsible for planning and implementing care and nursing around the resident together with your colleagues. You identify obstacles in nursing care with the aim of developing and implementing changes that improve daily life for the resident and transfer your theoretical knowledge to practical action for the benefit of everyone around the resident. You will work closely with the healthcare team including nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has completed a 2-year specialist nursing assistant or Silvia sister education. This is a requirement. We are looking for someone like you who is curious, courageous, and interested in turning quality and development issues into reality. You are an empathetic person who contributes to collaboration, are flexible, and have an open mind. In your work, you are unpretentious and feel comfortable collaborating with other professionals as well as with family members. You have pedagogical skills and can mentor others and have the ability to get others to listen. If you also have a good sense of humor and like trying new approaches, then you are exactly who we are looking for. Good computer skills and willingness to work with various systems and digital tools are necessary in daily work. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are used to actively participating in team meetings and operational teams and, together with colleagues, drive the operation forward. Furthermore, you have experience working with quality registers and monitoring healthcare interventions to improve operational results. We see that you have good collaboration skills and view teamwork as an important success factor in creating safety and well-being for our residents.
