Centrum Home Care is now recruiting a specialist nurse to join our team! We are looking for you to help drive our quality work in home care forward. This is a relatively new role that will develop over time. Here you have a unique opportunity to be involved from the beginning.
As a specialist nurse with us, you have an important role in our clients' daily lives. You contribute with care and support that creates security, participation, and quality of life based on each person's individual needs. You participate in planning daily work together with colleagues and coordinators, and your knowledge of our clients is an important resource.
Together with care coordinators and other functions, you participate in quality and development work, for example regarding quality registers and incident management. With us, you also have the opportunity to develop new working methods in collaboration with other professions, supported by digital tools and continuous professional development.
Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts. Common working hours are 07:00-15:30, 07:00-14:00, 14:00-22:30, and 15:30-22:30.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Educated specialist nurse (minimum 200 YH credits) within elderly/geriatrics, palliative care, dementia, or other relevant area
B-category driver's license
Meriting:
Experience working with quality registers Senior Alert and BPSD
Good experience with social documentation and implementation plans
Experience mentoring others, both individually and in groups
Experience with more advanced delegated tasks
For the role of specialist nurse, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of good conduct toward clients, relatives, and colleagues. It is important that you are a person who can organize and plan your days efficiently. Since you will be a support to colleagues, you also need to be pedagogically inclined and have the ability to communicate so that everyone understands. You are happy to contribute to developing the operations, enjoy when things happen around you, and approach new challenges with curiosity and flexibility.

Good to Know
To be called for an interview, you must be able to present a passing grade in Swedish 1 at upper secondary level or equivalent. If this is lacking, you will need to take a digital language test.
Upon offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the Police Criminal Record and Suspicion Register must be presented. For this position, the extract is for work in the home for elderly persons.
