Within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry 24-hour care unit, we work person-centered with a focus on each patient's unique needs. You will meet a team with high expertise, where we work based on evidence-based guidelines and care programs. Conversations with patients and their families are a central part of our work. We value nursing care as an important and meaningful part of the nurse's role. What we're looking for We are looking for you who are a licensed specialist nurse in psychiatry, or have other qualifications that the employer deems equivalent, and who are passionate about meaningful 24-hour care. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have experience with development work, preferably having led larger change or improvement initiatives. Experience from psychiatric 24-hour care is also a merit, as is training in motivational interviewing (MI), knowledge of the Cosmic journal system, and additional language skills. We place great importance on your personal qualities. You are flexible and easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are calm and stable, with good empathetic ability, and work well with others. You see the value of teamwork and contribute to a good work environment. What you'll be working with Do you want to help develop the future of meaningful 24-hour care within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry? Then this could be the right opportunity for you. As a development leader, you will be a close support to the unit manager and clinical implementation leader in developing and implementing meaningful 24-hour care. The role also involves you, together with the team, partially leading the clinical work in daily care operations. For us, person-centered care is a natural starting point. We actively work to strengthen patient participation, develop care planning, and highlight the importance of nursing care in interaction with the medical perspective. Now we are taking the next step in this work by further developing meaningful 24-hour care. In the role of development leader, you coordinate care efforts around the patient and work both clinically and development-oriented. The tasks include, among other things, specimen collection, medication management, psychiatric nursing care, and documentation. You lead and drive development work related to meaningful 24-hour care as well as its clinical implementation. You also have a mentoring and consultative role towards colleagues in nursing care. We care for patients in the acute phase and have six care beds. The work is conducted in multidisciplinary teams consisting of care assistants, nurses, social worker, psychologist, physician, and medical secretary. Care is provided in close collaboration with outpatient care within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, social services, and pediatric medicine in the region.
