Job Description
As a specialist nurse at Humana Trumslagarbacken, you will, among other things, be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You are also an important part of the facility's and your colleagues' professional development, as you educate and supervise nursing staff when needed.
Examples of Job Duties
Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions
Manage and follow up on documentation and incidents
Participate in admissions of new clients and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks
Educate and supervise nursing staff
Who Are You?
For this position, you must be a licensed nurse with specialist training in a relevant area for the target group.
As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like to see that you find it easy to build relationships and have good collaboration skills.
We Are Looking for You If You:
Are a licensed nurse with specialist training
Have knowledge of documentation in journal systems (Cosmic)
Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It Is an Asset If You Have:
Experience working in elderly care or home care services
Experience working with people with dementia
Experience in privately operated facilities
Experience with documentation work
A requirement for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. For the position as specialist nurse, a check in HOSP will be conducted and an extract from the criminal records register is required.

About the Employment
Working Hours and Position Level: The work is part-time or full-time, by agreement, Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00, excluding public holidays.
Salary: Salary is by agreement and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreement.
Start Date: By agreement
