You will meet patients of all ages and from different backgrounds. The work requires broad clinical competence, independence, and good collaboration skills. In addition to clinical work, you will have the opportunity to participate in a development project focused on cancer diagnostics in primary care. The project comprises approximately 20–60% of the position during a limited period and is part of a regional improvement initiative. The assignment also includes planning and conducting training for primary care staff. Work tasks can be adapted based on the needs of the organization. Employment Form: Permanent full-time employment (100%) as a Specialist Nurse. The development project is time-limited and comprises approximately 20–60% of the position. A probationary period may be applied. Working Hours: Monday–Friday. Start Date: By agreement. For patient-facing work within Stockholm County Healthcare: - A background check will be conducted prior to the employment decision according to SLSO's overall instructions for background checks upon hiring. - Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to applicable directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment. - In addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required.
