Your New Workplace Affecta is a private specialist psychiatric outpatient clinic with an agreement with Region Halland within the specialized care choice. We primarily see patients with recurrent and treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD/ADD. Working as a Nurse With Us As a nurse with us, you work both independently and in close collaboration with the medical team. The role is varied and includes psychiatric nursing with a focus on quality, continuity, and patient needs. Your tasks include, among other things: • Supportive and health-promoting conversations • Medication follow-ups and treatment monitoring • Telephone guidance and case management via 1177 and Life Care • Coordination and follow-up of patient services • Student supervision About You We are looking for you who: • Are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatry • Have at least two years of experience as a nurse • Have experience in psychiatric outpatient care • Are confident in your professional role and able to work independently • Are empathetic, stable, and flexible in your work approach We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who contributes to good collaboration and a positive work environment.
