What we are looking for We are seeking you as a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry and experience working in psychiatric services. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you are a specialist in forensic psychiatry and have experience working in forensic psychiatric services and in multidisciplinary teams. Clinical experience from adult psychiatry and/or forensic psychiatry is also meritorious. We place great importance on personal qualities. As a person, you are confident and demonstrate a high degree of maturity in your professional practice. You are communicative and have the ability to adapt your message based on the situation and recipient. You enjoy collaborating with others and contribute to a good work climate where knowledge and experiences are shared. Furthermore, you are structured in your work approach and can independently drive your tasks forward while being an important part of the team. What you will work with We are now seeking a specialist physician / senior physician for our services in Öjebyn – an exciting assignment where you will work together with dedicated, experienced, and competent colleagues. With us, you will encounter patients with complex care needs in an environment where safety, legal considerations, and rehabilitation work together. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and have a central role in both daily operations and the development of the services. The work includes tasks such as medical assessments and diagnostics, responsibility for medication treatment, and supervision of specialist trainees/assistant physicians when needed. You actively contribute to care planning and development of care content – always with the patient's best interest in focus. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. The position is within psychiatry: Based on the nature and safety requirements of our services, applicants to our organization must be prepared to provide an extract from the criminal record register.
