Here, qualified emergency care is provided around the clock. The Medical Clinic in Ljungby consists of approximately 150 employees from various professions. Here you will find medical outpatient clinics with clinical physiology, bone density measurement (for the entire Kronoberg region), and a dialysis department. Inpatient care consists of one ward divided into two sections, one focused on stroke/neurology and internal medicine, while the other is focused on cardiology and internal medicine. An acute care ward and an IMA with three care beds are also planned for autumn. The emergency department is open 24 hours a day. At the Medical Clinic, there is a good collaborative climate. DUTIES Would you like to be part of developing cardiology within a medical clinic with ambitions, forward-thinking vision, and good collegial relationships? As a cardiologist in Ljungby, you are offered varied work in the ward, outpatient clinic, including ICD clinic, and clinical physiology. You will be part of the heart team together with other cardiologists and specialist nurses. We would like to see you contribute to the clinic's on-call service, where scope and arrangement are adapted to your circumstances. The role also includes participation in development and quality work, as well as mentoring and teaching, which is an important part in shaping the future of cardiology.
