Make a difference. Every day. Tåbelund is a well-functioning primary care center with stable staffing. Despite the distance to acute care in Lund being no more than ten minutes by public transportation, our patients prefer to seek care at the primary care center first with their acute concerns. The patient flow pattern corresponds to equal parts rural and urban areas, which provides stimulating variety in the work. Working methods and schedules are adapted to facilitate dialogue among staff in the daily clinic, and well-implemented routines are in place. Our services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychologist, dietitian, district nurse clinic, and child health center (BVC). We also operate Familjens Hus together with the midwife clinic and the Municipality of Eslöv. Two specially adapted housing facilities for the elderly (SÄBO) are also affiliated with the primary care center. As we strive to meet the National Board of Health and Welfare's and Region Skåne's target of 1100 listed patients per physician, we now welcome a specialist physician in general medicine. 1 position(s). DUTIES The position involves varied work with typical tasks for a physician at a primary care center, including patient consultations, home visits, elderly care, teamwork, child health center activities, and administrative tasks. Temporary assignments at nearby primary care centers may occur as the centers collaborate on resources. Please note that the operation requires a full-time position. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. To be eligible for the position, you have Swedish language skills at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. We want someone who is positive, unpretentious, and finds it easy to collaborate with all professional groups.
