Vårdcentralen Fagerängen is a small and welcoming primary care center where we care for each other and our patients. We work independently with a strong focus on accessibility, service, and development. The center is located in the middle of a residential area in the eastern parts of Trelleborg with good public transportation connections and within walking distance to the sea. We are a stable and well-functioning unit with approximately 30 employees and 7,000 registered patients. In addition to physician clinics, we offer a counselor, rehabilitation coordinator, nurse and nursing assistant clinics, smoking cessation, asthma/COPD, diabetes, memory, blood pressure, district and elderly care clinics, and dietitian services. Our medical secretaries handle the administrative side of clinic work and also have reception responsibilities. We collaborate with Lyftet Rehab to offer our patients access to physiotherapists and occupational therapists. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As MLA with us, you contribute to the overall medical quality and development of the practice. Additionally, you are part of the primary care center's internal management group and will contribute to high patient safety at the center. You are also part of an MLA network and have close contact with the chief physicians. The scope of this assignment is 20 percent. You are offered stimulating work that covers the entire field of general medicine. Your tasks include physician clinics with both acute and planned visits. Your own patient list with a maximum of approximately 1,100 registered patients creates favorable conditions for continuity and a sustainable work life. Additionally, you have specialist competency in general medicine. You have Swedish language skills corresponding at least to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. You are flexible, responsible, positive, and have good customer service skills. You want to contribute to the practice's development and always work in the best interest of patients and the practice. You are engaged and can think outside the box. Furthermore, you are quick at making decisions, clear in your communication, but above all thorough and collaborative.
