About Regionhälsan
Regionhälsan is Region Blekinge's own occupational health service and an independent expert resource in occupational environment, health, and work-oriented rehabilitation. We have a regional mandate and our approximately … employees represent nine different professions. The operation is based in Karlskrona and Karlshamn but supports managers and employees throughout the county.

About the Job
Your Assignment
As a corporate physician with us, you'll have a central role in promoting health and work capacity among Region Blekinge's employees. You work closely with occupational health nurses, physiotherapists, occupational environment engineers, organizational consultants, and other professionals. Together, you provide qualified support to the operations and contribute to a sustainable working life.
You will work with, among other things:
occupational medical assessments
medical check-ups according to current regulations
work-oriented rehabilitation
advice to managers and employees
occupational environment-related investigations
preventive and health-promoting initiatives
quality and development work

About You
We're looking for someone who:
is a corporate physician or licensed occupational medicine specialist
is confident in your profession and interested in how working life impacts health
is experienced in collaborating with different professions and stakeholders
is clear and communicative in both speech and writing
is comfortable with digital work tools and the Office suite
has a consultative approach and is skilled at creating trusting relationships
has high social competence and a good ability to meet people in different situations with attentiveness, respect, and professionalism
communicates clearly and pedagogically and can adapt your message based on audience and situation
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Category B driver's license.
As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and with others. You are curious, want to continue developing in your professional role, and actively contribute to an open, learning, and trustful work environment.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
