About the Facility We are now seeking a district physician for our health center in Gagnef. Welcome to join our fantastic team! We have approximately 10,400 registered patients. About 50 employees work with us in various professional categories. We have 8 specialist physicians and 8 ST physicians and maintain a well-established training environment. The health center has a broad mandate including an Assessment Vehicle, Family Center, Rehabilitation Unit, Counseling Clinic, and several nurse-led specialist clinics. Commuting is possible using public transportation such as trains and buses, as Gagnef is located on the Stockholm-Mora line. Work Duties As a district physician with us, you will work with varied and meaningful assignments within primary care. You will have your own patient panel where you build long-term continuity. Together with your colleagues, you will care for patients of all ages according to their needs. There are opportunities to specialize in various areas of responsibility. Mentoring, supporting trainee physicians, and other professional groups is an important part of your work duties. Qualifications We are looking for you who - are a specialist physician in general medicine - have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing (Swedish C) - have a B class driver's license You are a competent physician with a structured work approach and the ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams. We appreciate that you are a confident, flexible person who contributes to a positive atmosphere. You are unpretentious and collaboration-oriented, share your knowledge, and take responsibility for ensuring that teamwork functions—even when the pace is high. You communicate well with your colleagues and patients. You have an interest in mentoring future colleagues and want to contribute to developing the operations.
