We are a well-functioning health center located in central Ystad with 13,700 registered patients. Here there are excellent communication options by both car and public transport. Those of us who work here have broad expertise in health and healthcare where we meet patient needs in several different areas. We also actively work with preventive care to strengthen health and encourage patients to take responsibility for their lifestyle and health. At the health center, approximately 60 employees offer complete primary care where nurses, district nurses, physicians, physiotherapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, dietitian, social workers, and psychotherapist collaborate with the patient at the center. DUTIES Now we welcome a specialist in general medicine. In your role as a physician, you will have close collaboration with the different professional categories who work with us, which creates good opportunities to get to know each other. The work involves typical tasks at a health center such as scheduled and acute consultations. We are a large workplace and are constantly working to strengthen collaboration within our area of responsibility and would like you to be involved in shaping the continued development of Ystad Health Center. Your expertise and commitment will be valuable resources for us. We have continuous trainee physicians with us, which makes supervision a natural and important part of the work. You will supervise medical students and ST-, BT-, and AT-physicians and actively contribute to knowledge exchange and medical development within the practice. Working hours are Monday to Friday on regular weekdays. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you are a licensed physician with the authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare with specialist expertise in general medicine. You have Swedish language skills equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. We believe that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team. You have a perspective where you choose to focus on opportunities rather than obstacles. You also have the ability to build trust with patients and their families and are positive, attentive, and clear in your communication. Furthermore, we see that you both have the ability and willingness to actively contribute to the development of the practice based on the needs that exist. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Salary range: 90,000 - 108,500 kr.
