Vårdcentralen Vilan has approximately 6,900 registered patients. Here works a dedicated team with a focus on accessibility based on patient needs. Teamwork is a key principle and we see ourselves all as important members. Here you will find physician consultations, district nurse consultations including diabetes clinics, asthma/COPD clinics, elderly care clinics, and a child health center (BVC).
Our laboratory has nursing assistants who handle both internal and external blood sampling. In addition, we offer advice and support to care facilities and municipal home healthcare services. We also have access to well-developed rehabilitation services including a physical therapy clinic, dietitian, counselor, and occupational therapist. In total, we are approximately 30 employees at the health center.
The premises also house Psychotherapy Clinic Vilan Kristianstad, staffed by a psychologist.

WORK TASKS
Currently, the health center has four specialists, four ST physicians, and AT physicians and occasionally BT physicians. In addition, we have support from a senior physician who currently manages our two care facilities. We offer the opportunity to also have side assignments, which is why we are now seeking a fifth specialist in general practice. Here you are offered a dynamic and rewarding role with great variety, where you have the opportunity to influence and make a real difference! We offer varied work with both patient care and opportunities for mentoring. If interested, we can also offer the opportunity to work with our elderly patients, both in home healthcare and in care facilities.
We schedule professional development time and prioritize that everyone gets the opportunity to receive training regularly.
As a specialist physician in general practice, you will have varied work where you meet patients of all ages from children to the elderly. You work with both planned and acute visits and also have the opportunity to offer digital meetings when medically appropriate. Beyond patient meetings, you play an important role in creating a safe and developmental educational environment for future specialists. Your work takes place primarily at the health center, but when you feel ready, it may also involve home visits to provide care where it is most needed.
The health center works in teams to create better patient flow and a developmental work environment. This is an important part of meeting the patient where the need exists, in line with Good and Close Care. QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare and have specialist competence in general practice. You have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. We use IT support as much as possible to facilitate care and free up time for personal meetings, so it is an advantage if you have good experience working in various healthcare management systems.
