About the position We are looking for a Specialist in General Medicine to join DocCura Healthcare Center in Järfälla! Welcome to DocCura Healthcare Center! DocCura Healthcare Center is a newly established healthcare center that has quickly become a valued option for patients in the expanding Järfälla municipality and neighboring communities. With the patient clearly in focus, good accessibility, and high medical quality, we have built trust in a short time. We are now in a continued development phase and are looking for a specialist physician who wants to help shape modern, engaged, and sustainably sound primary care. We are looking for you who are a specialist physician in general medicine, with experience from primary care and a strong commitment to patient-centered work. DocCura Healthcare Center is a newly established healthcare center in a growing area in Järfälla municipality on behalf of Region Stockholm, with the goal of offering the best care and accessibility for patients. About the position As a specialist in general medicine, you will have a key role in clinical operations and contribute to long-term quality work in the healthcare center's development. Examples of responsibilities: Outpatient care for patients of all ages Assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with acute and chronic conditions Supervision of ST physicians and other professional categories Active participation in teamwork and operations development Work with quality monitoring, improvement efforts, and evidence-based care We are looking for you who: Are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine Have experience with primary care in Sweden Thrive in a developing and change-oriented environment Are confident in your professional role and value collaboration highly Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have experience working in medical record systems such as TakeCare or similar We offer: A unique opportunity to influence and shape a new operation Engaged colleagues in a multidisciplinary team Time for supervision, reflection, and further development Modern work environment with focus on digital tools and efficient working methods Competitive terms and development opportunities Both full-time/part-time and temporary positions available.
