We are seeking you as a specialist physician in general medicine, with experience from primary care and a strong commitment to patient-centered work. DocCura Primary Care Center is a newly established health center in a growing area in Järfälla municipality on behalf of Region Stockholm, with the goal of offering the best care and accessibility for patients. About the Role As a specialist in general medicine, you will have a key role in the clinical operations and contribute to long-term quality work in the development of the primary care center. Examples of work tasks: Patient consultations for people of all ages Assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with acute and chronic conditions Supervision of trainee physicians (ST-läkare) and other healthcare professionals Active participation in teamwork and operational development Work with quality assurance, improvement initiatives, and evidence-based care We Are Looking for Someone Who: Is a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine Has experience in Swedish primary care Thrives in a developing and change-oriented environment Is confident in your professional role and values collaboration highly Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Has experience working in electronic health record systems such as TakeCare or similar We Offer: A unique opportunity to influence and shape a new operation Engaged colleagues in a multidisciplinary team Time for supervision, reflection, and professional development Modern work environment with focus on digital tools and efficient workflows Competitive terms and development opportunities Both full-time/part-time and as-needed employment available.
