The health center is conveniently located in the Hageby district with good connections to the rest of Norrköping and currently has approximately 15,000 registered patients. At the health center there is a medical clinic, specialist nurse clinics, nurse clinic, elderly care clinic, child health care, counseling clinic, dietitian services, foot care, and laboratory. We also manage a few nursing homes and home healthcare in our patient registration area. We are approximately 65 employees who work well together in an open work environment. Job Description
We are in a phase of development and need more colleagues to meet patient needs and strategically work toward improved and more efficient workflows. We have specialists, resident physicians at various levels, and several junior physicians.
Mentoring of students and trainee physicians is an important part of the work, as is engagement in the health center's development and quality efforts. We need you as a committed mentor who can systematically and pedagogically structure training plans for resident physicians, attending physicians, and junior physicians whom we hope will continue toward specialization in primary care. The work involves great variety between clinical practice as a specialist physician, mentoring and education for colleagues at different training and competency levels, as well as other professions. The work is based on a team-based approach where we collaborate and find flexible solutions for patients' benefit.
The health center's physicians also participate in primary and backup on-call duties for the eastern county during on-call hours.

For us, it is self-evident that you can vary your work throughout the week with the option to work both on-site and digitally and remotely in consultation for the best of the operation.
About You
You are a specialist physician in general medicine and have previous experience working in primary care. You hold Swedish medical licensure (attach to application) and Swedish language skills corresponding to Swedish C1 level. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other services, it is a requirement that you have very good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form. Arabic-speaking ability is a merit as a large part of the population base has Arabic as their mother tongue. Class B driver's license is required.
