After the year-end, Närhälsan plans to open a new health center in a central location in Lidköping. This initiative is part of our work to create a more even distribution of patient flows and meet future needs in primary care. The health center will be located within the Skaraborg Hospital area. Patients will be distributed by date so that you have your own patient list to promote good continuity of care. Your tasks at the health center span the broad field of general medicine and encompass general medical expertise with patients of all ages and situations. You will work with acute and planned clinic work and, if needed, there is an opportunity for digital healthcare meetings in primary care. Previous experience or interest in BVC, Home Healthcare/SÄBO is a merit, and you will have the opportunity for some specialization. Service at our shared Emergency Center is part of the work. We work in the journal system Asynja Visph, and to facilitate administrative work, digital technology will be used. You and your colleagues form a team with the opportunity to develop the operation together with other professional groups. The role also includes supervision of ST and AT physicians as well as medical students—it is an important part of our mission to educate tomorrow's healthcare personnel. About You You are a licensed physician with specialist training in general medicine with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills in speech and writing at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement for the position. We are looking for someone who can work independently but also wants to participate in the operation's development work. In this work you meet many different patients, so it is important that you are attentive and have good interpersonal skills. You enjoy teamwork and for you it is self-evident to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work.
