As a specialist, you will be part of the Legal Support Department (NAR) within the Division for National Dental Care, International Care and Labor Market Support. NAR is a dedicated support function with a national mandate, and we have offices in eight locations across the country. Here we work together to develop and support the division's activities throughout Sweden with a focus on collaboration, quality, and competence development. Coaching, Development and Collaboration As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case handlers and investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current case handling processes. By coaching case handlers and investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right competence to meet applicants' and insured persons' needs. You help create a workplace learning climate and identify collective competence needs and initiate possible training and development opportunities. This work includes contributing to change and process development. The role also involves supporting unit managers on quality in case handling. As a specialist, you are part of the division's collective specialist support, which needs to be strengthened, particularly within Dental Care and control. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have a high level of security awareness as the authority handles confidential information.
