Coaching, Development, and Collaboration As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case handlers and investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current processing procedures. By coaching handlers and investigators, you help ensure they have the right competence to meet applicants' and insured persons' needs. You actively contribute to creating a workplace learning culture and you identify collective competence needs and initiate possible development paths. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you maintain high security awareness since the agency handles classified information. Your work includes contributing to process changes and development, and you play an important role in implementing regulatory and process changes. The role also includes supporting unit managers with quality monitoring of case handling and providing support to the local management group on matters within your specialty area. As a specialist, you are part of a team of specialists. The position involves handling classified information, which requires high standards of proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have strong security awareness. This is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility.
