About the Role As a Contract Controller, you will have a central role in NSVA's procurement function. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring agreements and supplier partnerships, while working closely with operations, agreement owners, and suppliers to ensure that agreements are honored and create value. We're looking for someone who wants to combine analysis and follow-up with active development work in contract management, supplier monitoring, and procurement. You will become an important part of ongoing efforts to strengthen and develop the procurement function. You need to thrive in a changing environment where development is underway and new working methods are gradually shaped together with colleagues. The position is based in Helsingborg. You will be part of NSVA's procurement function alongside 4 colleagues and report to the Procurement Manager. In the role, you will, among other things: plan, implement, and develop supplier and agreement follow-ups monitor prices, invoices, and agreement terms, and analyze deviations and improvement opportunities facilitate dialogue and collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders prepare statistics, analyses, and decision-making materials related to agreements and procurement develop routines, templates, and working methods within contract management and follow-up support operations and the procurement team on agreement- and procurement-related matters. We are looking for someone who has: post-secondary education in procurement, economics, law, or similar experience with agreement monitoring, contract management, or supplier governance good understanding of commercial terms, agreements, and pricing structures experience working with analyses and decision-making materials good system skills and strong Excel knowledge strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing B-level driving license. Meritorious: experience from public sector operations knowledge of LOU or LUF Why NSVA?
