The role covers the entire project lifecycle. You can contribute from the early stages of customer dialogues and will help establish shared working methods, strengthen project predictability, and contribute to successful outcomes. Here you combine analysis, business development, and business-focused collaboration, working cross-functionally with sales, procurement, warehouse, and other parts of the business. You'll be an important colleague to our sales teams in customer dialogues while driving initiatives that strengthen our forecast accuracy, improve data quality, and increase the level of automation. Your assignment in brief In the role, you will: Support the sales organization with analyses, decision-making materials, and customer-related forecast questions Participate in customer dialogues and contribute business and planning perspectives Responsible for and further develop our forecast processes Work toward increased forecast accuracy, higher service levels, and more efficient inventory management. We want to keep our inventory at just the right level – not too much, not too little. Work to reduce slow-moving inventory and tie up less capital. Identify and drive improvement initiatives within digitalization, automation, and AI-based working methods Ensure high quality in master data and business systems Develop key metrics, analyses, and reports that support the business's decisions Drive change work and train colleagues in new working methods and processes Work closely with sales, procurement, and operations to create a more data-driven approach 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️ Who are you? We believe you're an analytical and business-oriented person who thrives at the intersection of people, processes, and data. You're curious about how technology and digitalization can contribute to better business and have the ability to translate insights into concrete improvements. You have: probably higher education in, for example, economics, logistics, supply chain management, industrial economics, or equivalent several years of experience working in supply chain, demand planning, business development, business operations, or similar areas an understanding of the relationship between forecasts, inventory management, customer service, and business results a commercial instinct where you enjoy working close to the customer and like creating business value. interest in digitalization, automation, and development of working methods – but you don't need to be an IT expert the ability to drive improvement initiatives from idea to implementation You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
