Knislinge Health Center is located in Östra Göinge municipality with good commuting options. It is a well-functioning and stable unit with just under 9,000 registered patients and approximately 48 employees. We work patient-centered and are committed to providing good and close care with care, focusing on high availability, quality, and continuity. At the health center, six general medicine specialists and five ST doctors work together with nurses, paramedics, nursing assistants, and secretaries in close and well-functioning cooperation. The health center has extensive experience as a training health center and receives a varying number of AT and BT doctors who are part of our well-organized doctor's clinic. We also have a mobile care team staffed by doctors every day, and we are responsible for two of the municipality's special residential facilities. JOB DUTIES As a specialist doctor with us, you work with investigating, treating, and following up patients of all ages. You have varied work with both acute and planned patient visits and collaborate closely with other professions to provide patients with good and close care. We work team-based and have experienced district and nurses with their own specialist clinics. The health center has a physiotherapy clinic, psychosocial team, dietitian, occupational therapist, and rehabilitation coordinator, as well as a family center with BVC. Together we create good conditions for close collaboration and a holistic perspective on the patient. The activities also include a mobile doctor team with good cooperation with the municipality's nurses. The team is responsible for two of the municipality's special residential facilities and performs acute home visits when needed. When you start with us, you will receive an individually adapted introduction based on your experience to create the best possible conditions for a safe start. You will get your own patient list adapted to your degree of employment, with the goal of 1,100 registered patients at full-time. QUALIFICATIONS To be eligible for the position, you must be a specialist in general medicine with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you must have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in general medicine and who shares the same goals and visions as us—to provide good, close, and quality care to our patients. You should be curious and responsive to patients' needs and easily adapt to different circumstances. Furthermore, your work is characterized by being thorough, structured, and having a flexible approach. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Salary range: 90,000–108,000 SEK.
