Förslöv Health Center is growing and we now have approximately 6,280 registered patients and 24 dedicated employees working in teams for the patient's benefit. We work toward the goal of approximately 1,100 registered patients per specialist and organize the work so that tasks fit within regular working hours. We have psychosocial support, rehabilitation expertise, and well-functioning child health services. We also work closely with home care and assisted living facilities to create a cohesive care flow for patients. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a physician with us, you will be part of a dedicated team consisting of nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. Together, you will distribute tasks based on competence and workload to provide patients with professional and safe care. We work interdisciplinarily and continuously develop new working methods and clinics, for example in lifestyle and chronic disease management, which both reduce physicians' workload and strengthen patients' health. You will be offered excellent opportunities for professional development, including scheduled time for continuing education and participation in courses and local training. You will supervise training physicians and students and actively contribute to a learning environment. Improvement work is a natural part of your role, as we together develop the operations to achieve high medical quality and good resource management. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a licensed physician and general practitioner specialist with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. You must be fluent in Swedish at level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. Experience from primary care and electronic health record systems such as PMO, Melior, and Pascal is desirable. As a person, you are compassionate, curious, and contribute to a positive work environment. You have a secure professional approach and are committed to working with your colleagues to continue developing the health center.
