MultiClinic Health Center is an exceptional primary care facility. We operate privately but are part of Region Skåne's health care choice system and have approximately 7,000 registered patients. In addition to our family medicine clinic, we also offer a memory clinic, diabetes clinic, psychosocial team, gynecology clinic, and orthopedics clinic. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Our patient population is multicultural and no two days are alike here. You will work with both scheduled and acute medical appointments. In your role, you will collaborate closely with our various professional categories, and we offer a stimulating, pleasant, and positive workplace. Working hours are Monday through Friday, but there is an opportunity to work evenings and weekends for those who wish. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, collaborative, flexible with strong communication skills. The unit maintains continuous work on patient safety and operational development. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Regarding formal requirements, you are a licensed physician with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency of at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is required. This may also include a passing grade in Swedish 3 or Swedish as a Second Language 3, or passing results in a Swedish language course for non-Nordic students equivalent to 60 credits. We consider it a merit if you have work experience in primary care and/or knowledge of the PMO patient record system.
