Plan and ensure quality education process in accordance with competencies and regulatory requirements; 2. Implement the education program in the specific subject in accordance with the state basic education standard; 3. Assess and record students' learning achievements, study and analyze development dynamics; 4. Analyze own work, set further action goals and inform the educational institution about results in the prescribed manner; 5. Conduct individual work with students to clarify misunderstood learning content, motivate them to learn and develop cooperation and communication skills; 6. Provide individual support to students in accordance with their abilities and needs (talent development, remediation of learning difficulties, consultations, work with migrants and returnees); 7. Perform class teacher duties according to the educational institution director's order (class teacher duties supplement the teacher job description); 8. Collaborate with parents, provide comprehensive information, inform parents about student achievements and problems at the educational institution, jointly seeking solutions; 9.
