Responsibilities: 1. Understanding of developmental characteristics of students at different age levels and the principles of interpersonal psychology. 2. Conduct developmental (remedial) classes to support the acquisition of competencies outlined in the State Basic Education Standard in accordance with the student's abilities and health status. 3. Provide support to students in the learning process who have identified/diagnosed learning difficulties or special needs, by implementing support and developmental (remedial) activities. 4. In collaboration with teachers, parents, and students with learning difficulties, develop individually differentiated learning and support materials. 5. Consult and provide explanations and recommendations to parents and educators regarding a specific student's learning difficulties/disorders, existing and necessary resources for skill development, adaptation of learning materials, and ensuring an individualized approach in the learning process. 6.
