Salaspils Municipality Pre-school Education Institution "Salaspils 1.pirmsskola" Reg. No. 90002436039 Vacancy: Special Educator (profession code 2352 03). Job Responsibilities: Based on requests from PII pedagogues, the support team (AK), management, and parental consent, conduct a comprehensive assessment of the learner's development, collect and analyze information gathered, and develop a subsequent correction plan. Conduct corrective work with learners in small groups or individually, based on the goals and tasks set by AK, in accordance with the pre-school education program. Adapt educational content to each learner's development level, creating a supportive and developmental environment. Regularly analyze and evaluate learning outcomes, promoting the development of each learner's individual abilities and skills. Actively participate in the support team's work, providing assessments of the learner's development level and the most appropriate educational program when necessary. When needed, within your area of competence, provide organizational and methodological assistance to pedagogues and pedagogical assistants. Plan your work and inform the educational institution of work results in the prescribed manner; perform self-analysis of your work. Requirements for Applicants: - Fluency in the state language at the highest level, - Education in accordance with MK Regulations No. 569 of 11.09.2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Upgrading Pedagogues' Professional Competence", - Ability to establish professional cooperation with educational institution staff, learners, their parents, and employees of other institutions, - Ability to work with office equipment and information technologies.
