Naujenes Primary School invites you to apply for the position of SPECIAL PEDAGOGUE Responsibilities: Plan and implement special education activities in the school; Ability to plan and organize your own work and students' work in accordance with the school's goals and objectives; Ability to take responsibility for your work, its methods, techniques, and results; Collaborate with students' parents and teachers, provide consultations and explanations about assessment results, developmental progress, and recommendations for future educational processes; Prepare written reports on students' assessment results; Ability to build professional cooperation with school staff, students, their parents, and employees of other institutions; Ability to work in a team; Continuously improve your professional competence; Comply with work procedures and ethical standards. Requirements: Higher pedagogical education and qualification as a special pedagogue or special education teacher; State language proficiency at the highest level; Positive, creative, and responsible attitude toward work; Psychological resilience and high interpersonal communication skills; Salary: from 141.00 EUR per month for 0.12 full-time equivalent on an indefinite-term contract from 01.09.2026.
