REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Professional qualification and further education as specified in the Cabinet of Ministers regulations are required; State language at the highest level; Ability to plan, organize and perform work with high quality; Sense of responsibility, discipline, accuracy; Ability to establish professional cooperation with educational institution staff, pupils and their parents, and staff of other institutions; Ability to work with office equipment and IT tools. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide professional assistance to the Institution's pupils, teachers and Support group in cases where a pupil is identified with: Delayed development, behavior that does not correspond to the child's age; Uneven and poor performance, loss of interest in learning, unwillingness to attend school; Poor reading and writing skills; Poor mathematical skills; Marked inability to control behavior, prolonged emotional problems, tendency towards social isolation, low self-esteem; Marked forgetfulness, marked prolonged carelessness; Inability to adapt to different situations; Poor ability to organize and plan their activities; Signs of physical, mental or psychological development disorders, etc. Help find adjustments so that the Pupil can better acquire the necessary knowledge and skills; Help the Pupil better understand themselves, improve communication skills; Help the Pupil participate in play activities and integrate into the Institution's daily life; Forecast the effectiveness of planned special pedagogical work tools, forms, methods and techniques; Participate in in-depth investigation of Pupils, involving other specialists in the work if necessary; Assess the Pupil's developmental disorders, determine the objectives of investigation, select appropriate research methodologies, compile an investigation plan and submit it to the Institution's head. Regularly make entries in a special educator's diary and in the e-class school management system according to the Institution's requirements; Submit a report to the Institution's head on the work and results achieved. Collaborate in their work with teachers, psychologist, speech therapist, physiotherapist and other Institution staff; Participate in educational institution pedagogical council meetings, Support staff meetings, and when necessary in methodological group meetings and parent meetings; Participate in the development of Individual plans for pupils and in providing support; In cooperation with the Institution's teachers and Support staff, analyze the pupil's learning, psychological and adaptation problems and determine the teaching methods to be used to address them; Cooperate with the pupil's parents to understand the pupil's behavior, their problems and inform parents about the pupil's difficulties in the educational institution, together seek ways to resolve them.
