This allows our teachers more time to share their knowledge with both students and colleagues. Your own teaching as a Swedish educator takes place in Swedish, but colleagues communicate in English. We now want to strengthen our well-functioning student health team with a qualified special pedagogue. We have a very clear structure in our student health work led by our deputy principal with a focus on student well-being. In our student health team (EHT), along with the deputy principal for academics, our full-time school nurse, counselor, and career advisor, you will also be part of our Special Pedagogy team, which includes our special education teachers and some of our social pedagogues from the Safety team. Job Description You will work with students, support and coach teachers in adapting the learning environment and designing additional accommodations. You are responsible for leading the process of assessments and writing intervention plans. Your role includes developing the learning environment and adapting teaching materials for students. You will also apply for additional funding, organize systematic work with reading development, analyze results, and implement development plans. You are a clear and supportive leader with a focus on student achievement. Additionally, you have a calm approach based on differentiated perspectives in teaching and want to meet students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities.
