We're now looking for you to become part of our team and work long-term with us in a combined role between our reception and our award-winning Aurora Spa!
This is a combined position where you work both at the reception and in Aurora Spa, with work distribution adapted to the facility's different seasons. During high season, your focus is mainly on our Aurora Spa, where you work as a spa attendant/host and are an important part of our guests' spa experience. During low season, spa work is combined with reception duties. This means you'll have a varied role where you meet guests before, during, and after their stay with us.
As a spa attendant/host, your primary task is to help ensure that the guest's experience is something extraordinary. You're an important part of the guest's overall experience, all the way from the entrance, through the various pools and saunas, via spa rituals, to bar service and world-class hospitality. The role also includes being a helping hand for our operations manager at the spa.
At reception, you're often the first person our guests meet. Here you work with high-level hospitality and help guests with everything from bookings and inquiries to upselling and tips about what Kiruna and Camp Ripan have to offer. Your main responsibilities at reception include responsibility for bookings, check-in and check-out, sales, guest service, and information. Collaboration with other departments is also important to create a world-class overall experience.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about service, hospitality, and meeting people. You're positive, solution-oriented, and see what needs to be done without always needing to be told. You enjoy variety and are comfortable welcoming a guest at reception one moment and creating a relaxing and personal experience at the spa the next. You adapt easily to different situations and can stay calm even when the pace is high. For us, your personality and commitment are what matter most. You need to be a team player who's happy to help where needed and who understands that together we work toward the same goal: giving our guests an experience they'll remember.
You speak fluent Swedish and/or English. Previous experience working in spa, reception, or hotel is a merit.
The position is a permanent employment at 90%. During high season, the position is mainly based at Aurora Spa, while work during low season is combined with reception duties. Working hours vary and mainly include evenings and weekends, when our facility has the most activity. We're therefore looking for someone who enjoys working when our guests are off and want to treat themselves to a relaxing and memorable experience.
