In our award-winning Aurora Spa, you'll experience exactly that – a facility where we highlight the three outstanding cultures in the region as well as the contrast between light and darkness, birch and ore, midnight sun and northern lights. As a spa attendant, your primary task is to ensure that the guest's experience becomes something extraordinary. You are an important part of the guest's overall experience, all the way from the entrance, through the various pools and saunas, via spa rituals, to bar service and world-class hospitality. The role also includes being a helping hand for our spa manager. We're looking for you who speaks fluent Swedish and/or English, puts the guest's needs first, and does your best to give them a memorable experience. You're comfortable taking independent responsibility, are solution-oriented, and see what needs to be done. You'll work with cash registers and product sales, as well as simple food and beverage service in the spa bar. It's an asset if you have previous spa experience, but it's not a requirement. We offer our guests head spa services and would love for you to be interested in learning this. Training will be provided on-site. Working hours are mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends, as that's when our facility has the most activity. We're therefore looking for you who enjoys varying work hours and appreciates working when our guests are free and want to enjoy a relaxing spa experience. This is a permanent position at 60-80%. We're looking for you who wants to be part of Camp Ripan long-term and develop with us. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and employment begins when we've found the right person for the role. Staff accommodation is available.
