JOB DUTIES
As a track welder, you will be part of a team working with track welding in operation and maintenance contracts as well as new construction. Common work tasks include joint welding, overlay welding (MMA), cutting, and grinding, primarily in street track environments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify, manage, and early correct deviations within your area of responsibility.
The work location for this position is Mörby.
Work hours vary and since on-call duty at home as well as weekend and night work may occur, it is important that you live in the nearby area.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
• Approved upper secondary school education
• Basic training in track welding
• Thermit with flash butt welding
• Class B driver's license (manual)
• Meets medical requirements to be approved for security service
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing
It is meritorious if you have:
• Advanced training in track welding
• Form welding
• Class C driver's license
• Authorization to operate track-bound vehicles
