About the Role
As a receptionist and host, you will guide guests through their spa experience and maintain various aspects of the facilities throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include checking in spa and fitness guests, cash handling, product sales, beverage service, and general oversight of common areas in the workplace.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who is engaged and positive, proactive, and takes responsibility. You are aware of and comfortable with the fact that your role is an important part of the guest experience. You have at least two years of prior experience working at a spa or hotel; additional service experience from cruise ships or similar establishments is a plus. You always perform at your best and have the ability to exceed guest expectations.
Service is a genuine quality for you and you want to be part of delivering "world-class hospitality." We place great emphasis on personal qualities. We see that you speak Swedish and English fluently and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. Additional languages and previous experience with our booking systems Book4Time and Opera Cloud are a plus.
